In some circumstances, Health New Lynn patients can order repeat prescriptions without making an appointment for certain stable conditions. Please note that repeat prescription requests are checked by a doctor / nurse and in some circumstances you may be asked to make an appointment before a prescription can be raised. Generally, your medication list will be reviewed annually but some patients may need to be seen more frequently.
For repeat scripts requested over the phone, these will be available for collection/faxed to the pharmacy of your choice on the next working day.

Please note that we will only contact you if you need to see the doctor or if we require additional information. You will not be contacted to be advised that script is ready for collection.
Online script ordering
Scripts must be for patients over the age of 13, and are available for collection from either Health New Lynn reception or from the pharmacy of your choice.
Online requests received and paid for before 2pm on a working day will be processed and be available from 3pm on the next working day (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays).

Online Script Collections
Patients can either collect their prescription from reception at Health New Lynn or pick up the completed script from the pharmacy of their choice (please note that normal pharmacy processing fees will also apply).
Online Script Payments
Payments for scripts using the Health New Lynn online order form are processed via Paypal. You don't need a PayPal account to use the order form, but if you intend to make repeat script orders it would be beneficial to set up a PayPal account.
