Health New Lynn is looking for reliable, experienced and confident customer services representatives to join its highly respected general practice as part of a casual pool supporting the front desk team. The reception team are responsible for front line reception services and positively influencing the patient’s experience.
The successful applicants must have a strong customer service focus, excellent problem solving and communications skills, which may have been gained in a customer service or hospitality environment.
Flexibility is a key requirement as you will need to be available to work at short notice and for variable hours. Candidates must also have the right to work in New Zealand.
Reporting to the Patient Services Team Leader our casual team members cover short notice sick leave and planned annual leave. Our business hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday.
